Essential 1.Proven track record in successful medium or large-scale software developments. 2.Minimum of 5 years in ‘C’ development under Unix (preferably HP-UX or Solaris) – however if candidate is very good and has less than 5 years experience than worth sending. 3.Experience of working within a team environment. 4.Knowledge of shared-memory*real-time programming techniques. 5.Experience of complex system architectures in real-time, highly performant, and mission-critical environments. 6.Sound UNIX skill set, including demonstrable scripting skills e.g. ksh, awk,, and use of make files 7.Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities. 8.Sound understanding of testing techniques. (Automated testing using debuggers and Integrated testing) 9.A self-starter that can Desirable1.
